American Porter w/ Blueberries

Christmas time is here, and that means Blitzen is back! We start with a rich, roasty, chocolatey American porter base, and then age it with over 550 pounds of blueberries! Expect notes of rich blueberry flavor to mingle with roasted notes of coffee and chocolate. It finishes fairly dry, with just a little sweetness from the blueberries.

Belgian Golden Strong w/ Cranberries

ABV: 8.1% • Color: Pink • IBU: 20

Hops: GR Hallertau • Malt: Belgian Pilsner

A rich, very dry, strong Belgian ale with lots of yeast character – citrus, clove, and black pepper plays host to over 300# of cranberries. It pours a pink-red color and the tart fruitiness of the cranberries plays lead while the rest of the yeast character plays a support role. Quite easy to drink for how strong it is, this one can sneak up on you like a November gale.

It’s fall. Which means it’s time to get back to the basics with a pumpkin spice beer. Devil Track is a rich, malty brown ale brewed with a whole lot of pumpkin in the mash and boil. We also add cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and allspice in the boil. It’s like pumpkin pie in a beer. Served on Nitro!
