Happy Independence Day! Red, Wheat, and Blue is back. It starts with a golden American wheat ale base and we condition it with over 250# each of pure, fresh, raspberry and blueberry puree. It drinks dry, but the aroma and flavor is all berries. This year we left it completely unfined and unfiltered for a fuller mouthfeel, and an opaque appearance that you can’t take your eyes off.
