“This one goes to 11.” Our take on a traditional old-school german style, Leipziger Gose, is tart, salty, and refreshing. A wheat-based blonde ale was kettle soured and then boiled with salt and coriander. The result brings tart notes of apple and lemon with a firm saltiness and a nice earthy, lemony character from the coriander. A lightly tangy, doughy malt foundation drinks light and dry, leaving you wanting more and more. Super sessionable and great for hot weather.
