Fitger's Brewhouse and The Barrel Room are ringing in the changing of the seasons by rolling out new menu items. Among these are some of your old (and dearly missed) favorites, such as the creamy, ever-dreamy Gouda Mac and Cheese with freshly steamed broccoli. We also have a few brand new entrées being welcomed to the menu, like the Caramelized Pork Bahn Mi; this is a specialty item that top chefs from US Foods have trained our staff to make in order to provide the biggest bump of flavor for your tasting pleasure. Monday: Jerk Chicken Sandwich
Jerk chicken, black bean corn salsa, pickles red onions, jalapeños, and shredded cheese on a hoagie bun with blue chips and salsa.
Tuesday: Tater Tot Hotdish (pictured above)
Ground beef, bacon, and wild rice in a creamy mushroom sauce topped with crispy tater tots.
Wednesday: Caramelized Pork Bahn Mi (pictured above)
Pork loin on a baguette with pickled vegetables (carrots, jalapenos, cucumbers, scallions), cilantro, and sweet chili gochujang mayonnaise. Served with beer-battered French fries.
Thursday: Gouda Mac and Cheese (pictured above)
Macaroni noodles smothered in thick, creamy gouda cheese sauce, served with freshly-steamed broccoli mixed in. (Plus option to add char-grilled chicken breast)
Friday: Fish & Chips with Cup of Soup (pictured above)
Beer-battered cod, fried until golden brown and served with tartar sauce. Served with beer-battered French fries.
Featured Burger: Scooter Burger (pictured above)
A half-pound burger patty topped with garlic mashed potatoes, chipotle barbecue, bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions, all on a bun. Served with beer-battered French fries.
NEW MENU ITEMS
Spicy dip made with corn, poblano, sour cream, and Brie. Served with chips and warm pita bread.
Black Bean Vegan Chili
You may be wondering how our infamous black bean chili is a "new" item. Well, that's because we've upgraded our recipe so that our 'vegetarian' chili is now 'VEGAN' chili! That's right, our first-ever vegan menu item is now available; feel free to indulge in this comfort food, just in time for the cold weather to roll in.
Duck Wontons (a Barrel Room only special, pictured above)
5 wontons filled with duck bacon, cream cheese sauce, corn, red peppers and spinach served with a side of gochujang sauce.
Croissant Beignet (a Barrel Room only special, pictured above)
A delectable take on the traditional beignet, a New Orleans classic. 6 beignets tossed in cinnamon and sugar and served with a sweet jam.
