Dunkel Weizen Bock translates to “Dark Wheat Bock” and is a stronger, dark version of Hefeweiss. The special yeast used creates fruity banana and spicy clove flavors which mix with the mild chocolates notes. Its tanginess comes from the high percentage of wheat used, and because it’s unfiltered and unrefined, the yeast gives it a fuller mouthfeel.
