This ale is large in body and beautiful pitch black in the glass. This stout is brewed 1 year in advance of release. Allowed to ferment then placed in bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve in Kentucky. After aging step number 1 this ale is matured on raspberries and cocoa nibs. Tons of chocolate and cherry make this beer a dessert in the glass experience.
