Duluth Sour

This is a beer we brewed in September 2012. We allowed it to age in a wine barrel and added lactobacillus, pediococcus and brettanomyces and allowed further fermentation to go on with these wild yeasts. This is our version of a Lambic,  this beer has  distinctive flavor,  dry, vinous, and cidery, with a sour aftertaste. Since Lambic is only made in Belgium, we are labeling this as our Duluth Sour Ale.
